Blanco Valley Homes is owned and managed by David Anderson. David is a long-time San Antonio based builder having built more than 2500 homes in San Antonio, Bulverde, Boerne, Helotes, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Pleasanton and Rockin J Ranch in Blanco. Blanco Valley Homes is dedicated to the personal attention to detail, from beginning to end.
Awards and building great homes isn't all that fuels these builders. Serving the community through leadership, donations, and hard work is just as important. The employees of DAH Builders participate in the Race for Life, an annual event that raises awareness for cancer research. DAH Builders also participates annually in Rebuilding Together, which renovates low-income families homes. Through its year-round efforts, DAH Builders strikes to make a positive impact in the community it serves.

DAVID ANDERSON
Owner/Builder
David worked for many years with large builders, and then created DAH Builders, LLC. With over 35 years experience, it has been his passion to give homebuyers a well-built home with custom features available at attainable prices.
David is one of the few Graduate Master Builders in San Antonio, is certified by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). He is a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders, and a past president of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA), and remains active in both associations.
In 2007, he was awarded the Campbell's Lifetime Achievement Award, has won numerous Parade of Homes awards, and has twice been named Builder of the Year. David is a past Chairman of Greater San Antonio Education Foundation, which funds scholarships to both UTSA and St. Phillips College.
JERRY SMITH, JR
Manager/Builder
Jerry is a third-generation builder with more than 40 years under his belt. His accomplishments include being elected President of the Young Builder's Club in his mid-20's, serving as the 2002 President of GSABA, and being recognized as the 2005 GSABA Builder of the Year. In 2014, he was awarded the Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award by GSABA.
He is a life member of the Texas Association of Builders, as well as a past President of the Homeowners Warranty Council of Greater South Texas. The City of San Antonio appointed Mr. Smith to three consecutive terms on the Plumbing Appeals and Advisory Board. He has also served on the City of San Antonio's Building and Fire Board of Appeals for 11 years.
